Dissect the entire T cell response 

Are your T cells actively searching for their target cells? Use T cell speed and distance to target to find out and compare how your experimental treatment(s) impact the duration of this phase.

Live T Cell Assay – Analyze the whole process

The T cell response toward target cells can be divided into five phases: find, bind, stress, kill, and (sometimes) serial kill. Nanolive’s label-free live cell imaging captures detailed, multiplexed, and texturally rich images of the entire process, and thus, offers a unique opportunity to understand T cell and target cell interactions over time, at both the single-cell and population level. The richness of the data though poses a considerable analysis challenge.
